We use evidence-based counselling and psychotherapy to help you live your life fully, including Emotion and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Emotionally Focused Couple Therapy (EFCT),  Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), and others to achieve great results.

Are you struggling with anger, anxiety, depression, past trauma, grief, relationship issues, or simply feeling stuck in your life? Even though we cannot change your past, we can help you heal.

We also help couples enhance their current relationship from good to great, rebuild trust after affairs, prepare for a strong foundation through pre-marital counselling, and help dating couples elevate their love into a more intimate relationship that lasts.

What to expect?

Based on research and experience, significant lasting change needs time. Depending on the complexity and seriousness of the issues, you may need 5 to 15 sessions for individuals, 8 to 20 for couples or 10 to 20 for families. We normally review on the 5th session; most clients can see the benefits by then.

In each session, we guide our clients from feeling emotionally “stuck” or limited by past traumatic experiences towards pursuing their most valued aspirations. Witnessing our clients become more confident and optimistic about their future by the end of counselling is truly exhilarating.
